This renovation of an 1850′s farm house was completed in 2007. The construction included retaining the traditional ambiance of the old farm house and adding modern amenities. Including an updated great room with towering beam ceiling, open hearth fireplace, giving the family an area for entertaining and relaxing.

Our most recent new construction is a contemporary master piece known as Woodstock Farm. We worked closely with Architect Rick Joy from Tucson, Arizona in constructing a 6000 sq ft environmentally conscious home.

Galotti Residence

An 1790’s drafty farmhouse has been renovated into a charming country showplace, with wide plank pine floors, custom cabinetry, and stone fireplaces. Traditional plaster walls and ceiling by master plasterer Ron Bisson, keep the original appearance. This renovation could be considered a restoration, using old timbers and reclaimed wood.

Hagedorn Residence

This was a new construction project in a beautiful Vermont setting. Materials used for this project such as the floors and beams were reclaimed products to give this home a comfortable older feel.

In addition to constructing this beautiful home for the Hagedorn family, Colby and Tobiason have been working on the nearby farm owned and operated by the Hagedorn Foundation as The Farm For City Kids. ( www.farmsforcitykids.org) This project has spanned 19 years and has included a dormitory, classrooms, barn renovation, farmhouse renovations and a world class cheese house, that produces Tarentaise cheese. Amato Residence

Colby & Tobiason are currently working on an extensive renovation and major addition to an 1800’s farm house. This project has included the demolition and removal of existing stone foundation to make way for new poured concrete foundation.

We have modernized the existing mechanical systems and using eco friendly insulation materials we have made energy efficient upgrades to this project. We will continue with the kitchen renovation and the addition of a master bedroom suite.
